Missing Dublin woman with dementia found safe
A woman who went missing early Sunday morning was found safe the next day.
A 76-year-old Dublin woman who had gone missing Sunday morning was found early Monday.
According to Dublin Police Chief Keith Moon, Jacuqelyn Rozier was found in a bathroom at Dublin Construction paint shop around 7 a.m. Monday.
“Miss Rozier has been found safe and will be transported to the hospital to be checked out,” Moon said. “Thank you to all of you and to our community for your help.”
Police said Rozier went missing from South Jefferson Street and was last seen around 3 a.m. Sunday. The family discovered her missing between 7 to 7:30 a.m. She was last seen wearing a black dress, white shoes and a curly wig.
The family told police she has dementia and did not know the direction of travel or her destination.
