People in Dublin will soon have a new place to get a cool drink to beat the summer heat or a caffeine jolt with a new coffee shop opening this week.

Scooter’s Coffee, at 305 Brantley Crossing, just off U.S. 80 West in Dublin, will hold its grand opening on July 16. The new site will be the 15th Georgia location of the 28-year-old drive-thru coffee sellers.

“We’ve had such a warm welcome. We’re excited to be a part of this community,” said Cade Jones, who helms the business along with his brother Jackson. “It shows what I think will be well worth it.”

The shop, which provides drive-thru or walk-up service, offers specialty coffee drinks, hot and cold; soda; lemonades; smoothies; teas; matcha; milkshakes; and, for those craving an extra pick-me-up, Red Bull energy drink- infused beverages. Scooter’s Coffee will also offer standard coffee shop fare like cookies and pastries; it also has a menu of sandwiches and breakfast items.
