Moon was pleased that Williams was found.

“They were looking at the end of South Decatur Street and found him close to the river,” Moon said. “They called us and let us know they had found him. The last I heard he was in the hospital because he was dehydrated.”

Williams was reported missing on Thursday, July 16, last seen wearing a black shirt, gray camouflage shorts and white tennis shoes.

Williams’ daughter, Chadriuna Wright, said that the last time she had seen her father was between 9:36 a.m. and 10 a.m.  on Tuesday, July 14.
