Yes, time to prepare for the cold, the snow (depending on where you are), and all that other stuff. Get your snow suits, toboggans and sleigh bells ready! While you do, enjoy another round of silly trivia, which I dredge up just for you.
It began with Greater New Baptist Church handing out 100 turkeys in 2022. It went up to 250 the next year and 400 in 2024. This year, the church, along with Journey Church, Dublin-Laurens Teen Court and the Dublin-Laurens NAACP Youth Group, gave out more than 500 turkeys and other fixings in boxes on Nov. 22 at the Old West Laurens.
