His charges include two counts of child molestation, one count of aggravated child molestation, and one count of enticing a child for indecent purposes.

The Bleckley County Sheriff’s Office announced on Wednesday that they began an investigation on Oct. 22 after receiving a report of “alleged sexual offenses involving a minor.”

“During the course of the investigation,” a release from the sheriff’s office read, “investigators conducted interviews and gathered evidence, which included a confession obtained from the suspect.”

The Twiggs County Sheriff’s Office took Giberson into custody on Tuesday. He was then transported to Bleckley County to face his charges.

According to officials, no other information about the victim will be made available due to their age and the sensitive nature of this case.
