Both discuss The Nature Conservancy’s history and work within Georgia, which is part of a much larger effort enlisting thousands nationwide. They also share what brought them to Dublin last week for a quarterly meeting that spotlighted some of what Laurens County and Middle Georgia has to offer, as well as recent efforts by local landowners to preserve natural habitats and restore populations of native species.
