Good to see work picking up on Madison Street 

For a while it looked like nothing would ever happen on the Madison Street Project, and local officials were hearing about it.

There were many who were letting the city know of their displeasure. And with nothing happening, it was time for something to be done. And the city of Dublin did just that by turning things over to new subcontractor Total Earth Services LLC from Dublin.

As soon as that happened, changes began popping up quick. Recently, Dublin City Manager Josh Powell praised the work of the subcontractor and primary contractor Pride Contracting Inc.

As the work continues, we will have some changes and intersections that will need to be closed. Powell has asked for patience as the work continues throughout the remainder of the project.

The good news is each day brings us another step closer to the completion of this project, and that is all thanks to the work of the construction crews dedicated to producing something we will be proud of when completed.
