PICKLEBALL: Local players medal at events in Byron, Newnan, Warner Robins

Dublin Pickleball players brought home medals in at least three Georgia tournaments over the weekend.

Warner Robbins – International City Invitational:

Sandy Souza of Dublin and Lisa Kelly of Macon won gold in 3.0 Women’s Doubles, age 5 to 59.

Dianne Harrison of Dublin and Mishra Himanshu of Georgia won gold in the 3.0 Mixed Doubles, age 5 to 49.

Phil Parker of Dublin and Aaron Percival of Warner Robbins won gold in the 3.5 Men’s Doubles, age 50 to 59; 60 and above combined.

Kim Bracewell and Phil Parker, both of Dublin, won silver in the 3.5 Mixed Doubles, age 50 to 59.

Newnan – Rock’n The Hop 2025:

Crystal Gentry and Tyler Fountain, both of Dublin, won silver in 4.0 Mixed Doubles, age 5 to 34.

Byron – Battle of Byron:

Dawn Howerton and Eva Martin, both of East Dublin won gold in the Ladies’ Division.
